Pros

Competitive salaries, expense coverage for company-supported efforts, passionate employees, relatively convenient location, open to increasing and supporting employee education, well respected technical legacy,

Cons

Lack of direction and focus from current leadership, inability to bring to fruition goals and inspire necessary action to achieve them. Words to increase productivity ring hollow when leadership is so lacking in bringing about next level of technical innovation to market. More interest in maintaining current status quo than making the hard decision to change leaders.
