- The HR department and their company policies are ridiculously archaic.
- They promote people who are known to completely disrespect and demean their peers in private and in public despite complaints
- The blatant hypocrisy within the company claiming to be family friendly while they guilt-trip employees for having families and refusing to allow for flexibility for proven, loyal employees is beyond disappointing to see.
-There is an obvious power trip issue with the leaders of HR that goes so far as to patrol the corporate office trolling for gossip and looking for ways to strong arm those they feel aren’t “complying “ enough with policies .
- company policies need to be updated to benefit/help the employees, not make them feel as though they are a big brother type entity waiting to find a reason to push people out.
