From my first interview all the way to my last day at work, I can honestly say that my experience was very positive. I worked with a great team of professionals, which included Senior Financial Analysts, Senior Manager, and VP Controller. Also, I received excellent mentoring from my supervisor (Senior Manager - the best boss that I've ever had :) ) As a bonus, the Dole cafeteria is definitely first class all the way (especially, for vegetarians like me :) )

Cons

The ducks in the pond in front of the cafeteria were annoying. jk ;) There were absolutely no cons.
