You receive 10 bank holidays which is a plus since you have to use 5 vacation days consecutively. Good job security

Cons

The pay is lousy! For the amount of work and bullcrap you deal with, employees deserve more. Working here feels like you're in highschool. Promotion are a joke and are given to people with seniority and not the ones who actually deserve it.

Cons

Low pay. Unorganized. Overwhelming amount of task oriented work. Operating issues with programs and equipment due to everything being so OLD. SLOWWWW computers. Terrible marketing.
