      Great Company, but doesnt reward loyalty

      Pros

      People here are good, but there is some drama. If you keep your nose clean and do your best there really arent any issues,

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, I have spoken with people who have worked here 5+ years and they are making up to 25k less than people in the same position. Sometimes they make less than the position they were promoted out of as new hires get brought in at higher base salaries.
