Pros

they offer reasonable training. if you are starting in the banking world it is not a bad place to go. they train from the ground up. so if you have any banking background it will be a bit annoying.

Cons

never enough of a staff in any of the branches. cleveland vp's seems to be oblivious and live in a fantasy world that all you need to do is ask and people will come running to you with loans, checking accounts, and new money. computer systems are ancient and cumbersome to use.

Pros

Great teamwork, strong Involvement from upper management, genuinely care for your well being and development, adequate training, and ideal place to learn banking fundamentals. Benefits are great, and there is room for advancement, love to promote from within.

Cons

Outdated technology, pay is lower than most banks

Pros

Low stress, great people, fairly easy job, company parties, flexible hours and happy hours

Cons

Low pay, no bonuses, no sales incentives, upper management is clueless as to what they are doing. Branch support is basically the "boys" club. If you're a woman... Goodluck trying to move up high with the company. Lots of gossip.
