      Great people, understanding management, great culture of stability and customer service, ability to work without being micro-managed.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments at times, some processes are unclear. Difficult to advance at branch level.

      Pros

      Local Pittsburgh presence; mutual bank so very low risk that jobs will be moved outside region. Has a certain amount of name recognition and community respect (conservative, family orientation) in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland local markets.

      Cons

      Poor managers are not challenged nor counseled out, and ironically due to lower pay scales (and lower self expectations) many are in place for the long-term.
