CONSIDERABLY underpaid! Regardless of your continuous hard work and highly scored annual "reviews", if you're not in IT, Sales, or HR, you can forget about any kind of promotion.

Good hours, good people to work with. Training is ok, new systems are coming with some technology. Good products, good vision and customer service

Cons

Promotions take too long! Get with the times Dollar Bank! Promote your employees when they work hard and hit their goals. Does HR even read these reviews? I read these reviews people post on multiple websites, do they read them? The higher ups need to read them too! Care more about your employees! Pay them competitive wages!

Excellent work environment Very low pressure as long as job function is being completed Wonderful and understanding management (personal experience) Many opportunities for additional training and involvement with industry organizations Any excuse to have cake / food / a party (there have been at least 10 in less than 10 months) Bank holidays + vacation

Cons

Pay is not even remotely close to the industry average for this type of position (it falls between the 1st and 10th percentile for this area)
