      Day off in the week if you work saturday. If you are new to banking. They have an extensive program to become a supervisor

      Micromanagement, lack of direction, no lunch if you the only supervisor in your branch, lack of work life balance

      Yearly review with raise The base pay has raised over the years Schedules are pretty regulated. You work the exact same shift for the work week. Office Building has food accommodations People are only fired for being late or not showing up Flexible with sick days and personal days

      Vacation days have to be picked for the whole year in February Nepotism The bank is expanding faster than they can retain employees Management is inexperienced and shys away from conflict, whether its conflict in the workplace or with customers
