      Pros

      I read the reviews and am not sure what people are talking about. Dollar Bank is up front about the salary and if you take the time to look at other banks your salary is at or above other in Pittsburgh. If you are upset with something then you didn't do a good enough job researching an employer. You'd find out that it's an excellent company to work for and you'll be promoted quickly if you work hard. Managers are not micromanagers if you do your job. Bad employees think managers are micromanagers.

      Cons

      You have to ask for promotions but if you stand it you won't have a hard time being promoted.

      Pros

      Made a few long lasting friendships. Benefit compensation is okay but could be better . Wish we had our Pension Plan back.

      Cons

      Micro-managed and treated like a kid. At times feel like you are not appreciated with knowledge and skills you bring to the the company with years of experience working for other companies. Underpaid for your skills and experience.
