Pros
Work that anyone can learn, as an intro to a financial corporate environment. Toughens you up and helps you improve at collaborating, cross-training, & communication. You're thrown in and you have to learn to be a master at prioritizing and bigger perspective
Cons
Overwhelming amount of work that doesn't match the pay. If you aren't salaried, you will be looking at around $14/hr for essentially the role of 2 and sometimes more ppl. You'll just join most of the employees who rightfully complain of poor management and communication, minimal recognition, & zero raises or bonuses despite loyalty
