This is a good company indeed. The management cares about their staff and it also provides great job security to all employees.

As this company does not give out performance bonus or incentive, it may not be able to keep ambitious people

Pros

The people are friendly and welcoming. The benefits are very good and the retirement (401k) is outstanding. The bank had been around since 1855 and thus the stability and commitment to serve is unmatched.

Cons

Some of their internal applications are a little dated, but nothing horrible.
