Training is very in depth. Pay rate is fair for the position. Culture (at least in the Cleveland market) is very positive, up-beat & supportive. They are well vested in your success. Work life balance EXISTS & that is amazing!!! The snacks offered at the training facility is awedome.

Cons

No real cons so far...coming from retail the pace is much more manageable here at Dollar Bank & customer base are very pleasant. Not a con per say, but, be prepared to learn you are tested on your knowledge at the end of each class. Training is taken very seriously as you will be dealing with financial products & other people's money.
