Upper management lost its way, rules apply to some but not all. Sad about the direction of what was once a great institution. 28 different goals categories to achieve.

No flexibility from management, everyone here is disgruntled and passive aggressive. Essentially I tried to reduce my hours as a PART TIME EMPLOYEE but they were unwilling to give me more than two weekdays off for college classes when all I was asking for was 3. As a part time employee you DONT get paid off on holidays, you get zero benefits and you’re only entitled two those two weekdays off which puts you at about 28-30 hours a week, so it’s basically Full Time Lite or a way for them to milk you as much as possible without giving you anything for it.
