      Pros

      Rates are good & there are many options for borrowers . Pleasant co workers make employment bearable. Health benefits are fair .

      Cons

      Compensation is the lowest in the industry . Management is complacent & not willing to go to bat for compensation increases . Higher paid originators boast about their salary and bonus . Stress of not being able to make ends meet causes undue stress & company is making great profit.

      The employees are generally great people. The hours are decent. The location is good.

      Cons

      No flexibility with schedules. No opportunity to work from home. The pay is about half of what other banks pay for the same positions. The benefits are questionable. The insurance plan isn't competitive. The vacation time is okay.
