      Great company but increased uncertainty

      Pros

      -High growth company and lots of opportunity -The people within the company are caring and considerate -Historical bonuses have been great -Still lots of runway for growth with new concepts/territories (caveat in cons)

      Cons

      -There has been a wave of new leaders in the company with questionable personalities that threaten the continuation of a positive company culture. -The historical growth may be hard to sustain and the future is less certain. -Too much of annual compensation relies on bonus/equity awards (though historically this has more than compensated for the lower salary)

      Great health benefits Fair pay for management

      Cons

      Wages should be increased especially for sales associates and key holders. Trucks are sometimes late and often poor communication on when you’ll receive truck. Heavy workloads, especially if you don’t have the right team.

      Pros

      Good friendships and support from fellow Store Managers. Good health insurance Family feel amongst staff (when properly and fully staffed)

      Cons

      Six day work week required(seriously in this day and age, what the hell) Not nearly enough employee hours to achieve the required results (leaving management to have to work 60+ hours to have a "good" store) Extremely hard to staff with hourly wage offered. Horrible work/life balance, especially when understaffed. Extremely high stress environment Forced to work alone in the store regularly due to lack of staffing hours and help
