- Horrible life/work balance. Especially if you have kids - Expect you to pick up shifts at the drop of a hat - Usually if you do your job, they make you do everyone else's - Like to blame you if you're not neglecting your job to stalk a coworker to make sure they're doing their job. - Sometimes work full shifts with no lunch break or break period -Work long shifts completely by yourself with no help and have to do everything from register to stocking to truck -Fresh truck that comes weekly, that you have to put in fridge and freezer - Pay is pretty crappy. Worked there for 3 years and new employee starting wage was what I was making after being there longer.

Overworked, underpaid, horrible working conditions, no support from leadership...all they're interested in is faking numbers, puting out fires before next corporate visit, and pushing real issues that could cause longterm damage to the company in its entirety under the rug.
