      Pretty good benefits in terms of 401k matching, EAS, healthcare benefits, etc.

      The directional swift shifts have caused many to exit quickly. Without a certain level of steadiness, it has been very difficult to maintain tenure there and so a lot of product and industry knowledge have walked out the door and have yet to be replaced.
