      Pros

      The only redeeming thing about the job was my coworkers. I was surrounded by some of the best people I have ever come across.

      Cons

      This was one of the worse professional experiences I have ever had. Management continued to make bad decision on top of bad decision which ultimately lead to the end of a division. It was really unfortunate to watch. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. They could not get out of their own way.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, understanding life situations, and if needed a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Cant use the company vehicle for personal use under not circumstances. (except for you to make it to the hospital if needed), sometimes hard to feel a part of the team if you are so are a great distance away when you are in the Louisville market.
