The company has been going down for some time now. Customers are dissatisfied with the product offerings and there has been a mass exodus to other companies. There have been layoffs right and left and it is clear that the senior management only cares about the bottom line. There is a general dark feeling over the entire company because nobody knows when they might be laid off because layoffs are done with no warning. The management often says one thing and then does another. They said that Dealerskins wouldn't merge with their sister company, XIGroup and then they did. They now claim that they intend to leave both the Nashville office and the XIGroup office opened even though it is increasingly becoming clear that their intentions are to eventually close down the Nashville office. The workers at Dealerskins are underpaid and there is no real hope of advancement in the company. I wouldn't advise anyone to seek a job here unless things drastically turn around.

below-market pay (by FAR), influence of parent company (Dominion Enterprises) is stifling and restrictive, not allowed to make decisions that will benefit the company because of the red tape and twenty layers of approvals necessary, impossible to hire anyone to replace someone's that left which makes us leery of letting poor performers go, technology is behind the times, unmotivated sales staff, low morale.
