Pros

The people and team dynamic were great (were). Great networking, leadership and great talent once made the company successful. The job was laid back, casual and fun. Truly one of the best places I've ever worked.. which makes what Dominion and new management did even more painful.

Cons

Dominion bought the company with zero technical knowledge. Refused to invest ANY money into it. Stopped giving employees raises. Required them to take days off without pay. Literally drained all the profit from the company. Without updating technology, customers started leaving for more modern, effective products from competitors. Management refused advice and refused to take any action. As of late, they are so broke that they can no longer afford offices! The last handful of employees (less than 10) now work from home... for now anyway. They'll be gone soon too. Dominion Enterprises is a lesson in how NOT to run a company.

Pros

Like the people I work with. Our office is a home away from home. Middle management is great. They do have an open door policy.

Cons

They ask for advice but don't usually listen to what is being said. Management is not always right. Salary could be higher for what is asked of you to do
