People are not held accountable by management. Too many people who are under qualified or who under perform are allowed to thrive. Upper management does not know what they are doing because of mistakes in firings, releasing new products, strategy planning, and doing anything to keep a customer no matter how much it will cost to do so. Management on location also don't seem to know what they are doing. No opportunity for career advancement or raises, and they tend to abuse high performers.

I've never seen such low employee morale coupled with management's (at the parent company level) complete inability to either recognize or remedy the situation. Very frustrating situation when everyone knows the product mix isn't competitive and is outdated, yet no money will be infused into development efforts to realign with where things are headed. Too much focus on big name partnerships, flashy marketing, and doing things the way they've always been done. The day I was able to quit was one of the happiest of my life.
