Pros

Good pay, Flex Schedule (you can take every other Friday off) Reasonable benefits (not the best but I will count it in pros)

Cons

Let me list the easy ones first: Richmond!! No natural room for growth Now, let's get to the real con: The main theme of the company is let's be snobby (a typical East Coast culture). There are so many youngsters, with a few years of experience, who happen to lead most the engineering groups. They believe that they know it all. They are not willing to listen to, nor respect others with real years of experience from much larger organizations that dealt with large scale real projects and problems.

Pros

Consistently good compensation and benefits. Mostly friendly employees but shifting to less collaborative environment due to limited advancement opportunities

Cons

Limited leadership opportunities, lack of transparency for promotional opportunities. Upper management easily circumvents HR polices to place their candidates of choice
