Pros

None none none none none

Cons

- Unethical treatment of many employees mainly by mis-titling to grossly underpay. - Many of the VP positions are held by incompetant people. They got there either because they knew someone or they provided visual diversity. VPs play musical chairs hopping from one department to another seemingly every few months. - lower to mid management is a joke! Egoistic behavior and micromanagement culture create a very toxic workplace. - There is no respect or future for individual contributors. They're basically dogs, underpaid, undervalued, disrespected and thrown around. It's a VERY difficult situation in many cases. - Company and CEO are very politically charged and extremely biased - No opportunities to cross train or move around

Guaranteed success via Virginia laws. Job security aplenty.

Cons

Unqualified employees to meet mandated quotas. Very difficult to take direction from clueless supervisors.
