      Pros

      continuous improvement culture and team work. Best in class products with ongoing product training and opportunities for advancement within various divisions and work places

      Cons

      moved manufacturing of products out of canada and many many jobs were lost due to high head office overhead costs

      Pros

      LOTS and LOTS of Overtime most of it is mandatory.

      Cons

      LOTS and LOTS of overtime! Shift changes from 2-2-3 4 days on 4 days off to Monday - Thursday.
