Pros

Really good environment Friendly management A lot of help from everyone since the first day A lot of courses to learn about different topics: service, wines, spirits Helpful HR especially Laetitia and Ana they make things really easy at beginning.

Cons

Really demanding service VIP guest that expect a lot from you Everyone knows this hotel so everyone wants to come to visit have a coffee dinner or lunch so that means fully booked services almost every night
