We're genuinely sorry to hear that you haven't felt well-supported or seen opportunities for development. This is concerning to us because we want every team member to feel they can grow and thrive here. We do have a structured career development program called Career Constellations, along with mentorship initiatives, specifically designed to provide growth pathways and support. If these resources weren't made available to you or didn't meet your needs, that's something we need to address.       The product team is great.

      Cons

      Dust off your Webex skills because if you want to go back in time to the 1990's, this is the place for you. The company has no culture (try as they might). The benefits & PTO have not adjusted with the times. "Early release" day before a major holiday is 2pm. There's no clear product roadmap and there is no thought about the downstream effect of adding in new features (testing, reporting, etc.).
