Pros

DrFirst is truly a great place to work. The culture is collaborative and kind with everyone united by a shared mission of improving patient and provider outcomes. Despite being fully remote, the company has built a foundation of human connection and innovation. I’ve had virtually no negative experiences with colleagues since joining and I feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive and mission-driven team.

Cons

If I would report one possible con of working at DrFirst it's that remote work isn't for everyone. You really need to be driven and a self-starter to get the most out of working here.
