Pros

-Great WFM culture and benefits package -Decent pay for call center -Great stepping stone if you want to get your foot in the door in the industry

Cons

-No room for growth -Metric focused but data reporting can be inaccurate -Questionable setup up their ITSM platform, can be difficult to navigate due to this. -Poor management, no clear direction or vision for their support center or streamlined training. Massively outdated internal knowledge base that can be hard for new hires to navigate -Information/tools needed to be successful can be hard to locate due to being "tribal knowledge", can be hard to be successful due to work place politics and neoptism.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate your perspective and take all employee concerns seriously. I'm glad to hear you found value in our culture, benefits package, and compensation structure. We apologize that you found there was no room for growth, as we have a structured career pathways program in place. We recognize that this may not have been clearly communicated during your time with us, which is valuable feedback for us to improve upon. Our program includes defined advancement tracks, mentorship opportunities, and skills development initiatives designed to help employees progress within the organization. Regarding your other concerns about management clarity, training processes, and knowledge management systems, we're committed to creating a more streamlined experience for all team members and ensuring that the tools and information needed for success are easily accessible. We understand that workplace dynamics and communication can significantly impact the employee experience, and we're continuously working to foster an environment where all team members can succeed based on their contributions and potential. Thank you again for your candid review. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can better support our team and improve the overall work environment.

Pros

Despite everything that has changed (for the worst) in recent years, I can definitely say the quality of the staff is still very good. There are a lot of really talented and hard working people at DrFirst. Early release Fridays are nice, when you're not too busy to take them. Work-life balance is better than in the past, probably because there's no more new product cycles. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Rather than list all the ways this used to be a good and sometimes great place to work and now is not, I'll just say, I hope the new CEO can lead us into a sale that benefits most, if not all of the remaining staff.

Pros

Pros: 1. Remote Work: One of the standout features of this company is the ability to work remotely. This flexibility allows for a better work-life balance and the convenience of working from anywhere. 2. Competitive Compensation: The salary and benefits offered are quite competitive, making it an attractive option for potential employees. 3. Small Company Environment: Being part of a smaller team fosters a collaborative atmosphere where it's easy to take on various tasks. This setup accelerates the learning process and allows employees to quickly develop new skills.

Cons

1. Toxic Work Environment: Unfortunately, the work culture can be quite toxic. This creates a challenging atmosphere that can affect morale and productivity. 2. Incompetent Managers: Leadership often lacks the necessary skills to effectively manage teams and guide employees, leading to frustration and confusion. 3. Limited Growth Opportunities: There is little room for professional growth or upward mobility, which can be discouraging for those looking to advance their careers. 4. Lack of Training and Documentation: New employees may struggle due to insufficient training resources and a lack of documentation, making it difficult to navigate roles and responsibilities effectively.
