1. Health care is at a fair price IF you are on the wellness program 2. If you love changes all of the time, This is the place to work
Cons
1. Poor promotion from with-in the company 2. If working in the management area, plan to work alot of hours 3. Poor pay 4. Lack of proper management developement 5. Poor Leadership 6. Everyone is out for them self 7. No team work 8. No family life 9. If management does not like you. They will manage you out 10. It's impossible to reach someone in HR 11. Cut throat style envoriment 12. Changes without information shared with the staff or managers 13. No rewards to the employee's for a job well done
