Cons

Start-up - lots of learning as you go. Would not recommend for some one who likes a 9-5 and the same responsibility everyday.

Pros

Dropoff is a startup that is growing rather quickly so there are plenty of opportunities for growth. The atmosphere within the office is fun and exciting due to the startup nature of the company. We have strong leadership that recognize the value of every member of the team.

Cons

We are an operations and logistics company so there is very little down time. Often the lines between work time and home time get blurred. This is also in part to being a startup. Employees are asked to wear many hats.

Great money when busy, app user friendly, other drivers friendly, uniform not needed(given shirt but mgr says not really needed), no nights if requested

Cons

Nepotism(see managers family and friends hired list) hard to get work if mgr has relatives working, no pay for wait time on jobs, limited response from manager due to other company started, part-time turns to full-time if slow
