Pros

Most managers worked with are friendly, understanding and helpful when there are issues with any delivery locations / orders. Some of the orders received were lower in pay but they try to be fair by putting multiple on a route to balance out the mileage when possible.

Cons

It’s a serious wear and tear on your personal vehicle with no benefits, unfortunately.

I enjoy it as a part time job. You are not micromanaged.

Cons

I can't see myself doing it full time. the contract drivers can get disrespectful. A lot of things are learn as you go. Sometimes you won't know that there is another dispatcher that is assigned to the market so you no longer have to cover it. Your experience depends on your manager
