Pros

I took a job as an entry level sales rep here and I've been pleasantly surprised at the level of hands on training and patience I've seen from the company as they ensure that I can succeed here. There is a great company culture and this is the first place I have worked where I can honestly say that everybody is bought in. Nobody has to force anybody here to grind and work harder because everyone genuinely wants to succeed for the good of the team. You'll get out what you put in at this company and the management is very fair in recognizing those that excel. Dropoff feels like a tech company that introduces disruptive technology into a traditionally low-tech industry. If you are in sales, you'll never have to worry about selling a service that you don't believe in as I have never felt like there was a better alternative to us when entering a new market. The company stands well above the incumbents and that will be clear to you from day 1.

Cons

Still trying to figure a lot of processes out but hey it's a startup!

Pros

The freedom of working on your own, no office drama, no one griping at ya, all the variety of people you meet from the pickups to deliveries. Seeing all different parts of the city, even after 16 years of living here, has been very interesting.

Cons

The first time you go to some of the bigger places like college campuses or hospitals it can be a little frustrating trying to find the particular place or room you need to go to, but again dispatch has been very helpful & it just gets easier as you learn some of the regular stops. I'm still new but going on my 2nd month & cant really come up with "con"
