Pros

Decent pay, decent hours, free food when there's a huge storm. Sometimes they'll put you up in a hotel so you can work more hours.

Cons

Way too many politics, favoritism, and a union that is absolutely useless and just sucks up money (for the call center employees, anyway).

Pros

The company has great benefits. It is a casual, comfortable place to work with flexible work schedules and lots of work-life balance. There isn't a benefit that you don't have with this organization. The benefits alone with spoil you.

Cons

It is a regulated utility company. Everything is structured leaving little for creativity or innovation. They are slow to move with the times.
