Pros

They have great benefits that begin day 1. High deductible plans only. Best of a it's remote as long as you meet their high demands.

Cons

Stressful rude customers, no support for supervisor, they are constantly changing and not for the better, low pay for the job. Software glitches constantly, so much more. Forced overtime

Awful place to work

Pros

Pays well plus bonuses. Insurance isn’t to bad.

Cons

I worked for this company remotely and I was literally bullied horrifically in training and also bullied out of training! Very high stress job. No breaks at all in between phone calls. Lots of irate customers mostly that call in. My team leader would listen in on my calls and literally harass me while on the phone with customers grading my calls. Horrible place to work remotely.
