The only pro is thatvit is close to home.

Cons

Only here for the experience. The responsibility is high the pay is very low. People quit constantly. The pay for a house manager"Lead" is just a title to pay 25cents more, with more responsibility. Their computer systems are old, they still use alot of paper. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR EXPERIENCE. INSURANCE SUCKS, because most of the employees are on welefare and get free insurance.

Very conscientious about employment law, efficient office people, important mission, caring middle-management, slightly flexible schedule, good PTO accrual

Cons

condescending upper-management, some policies aren't practical, too much micro-management by upper management and disallowing middle-management to accomplish anything, lack of loyalty, lack of fortitude and backbone, upper management practices the proverbial "pass the buck" , starting pay for DSP's is among the lowest in the area
