Nothing good that I have seen.

Cons

They call the wrong number for your interview, they tell you when to start and have you fill everything out then call and say never mind about the job.

Pros

The bonds you make with the clients at the company. I don’t have many positives about management.

Cons

Management, lying about OT pay, improper working conditions, UNSAFE WORK PRACTICES, being stuck at a location for days, inconsistent scheduling, No work/life balance.

I can work fully remote My supervisor is truly on our side and very supportive, she believes in life/work balance and encourages us to take the time we need and to take courses that will move us forward in our careers, our team meets regularly via Teams to stay in contact with each other and often plan beneficial trainings and fun events with each other 401k and PTO

Cons

401k match is low and doesn't start for a year Medical insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much Pay really could be more, especially for experience and what we do for our states
