      Pros

      Love working with the person served.Daily routines which help them enjoy a full life is very rewarding. Lucky to be in a team environment.

      Cons

      Very,very,very,very low pay considering we are the front line workers.The high turnover hurts all the persons served across the whole spectrum. Short staffed way to many times causing dangerous situations. We are mandated reporters.We should be calling in when single staffed but we are optimistic it won't happen again but it does.

      There were absolutely no pros working here besides the few times you got to reach the clients

      No benefits, low pay, high stress, dangerous environment, management does not care at all of employees safety, poor training
