Flexible work hours. The supervisors pay a critical role in ensuring things go smoothly.

Cons

If you're stuck with a supervisor that isn't good at their job, it soon affects the morale of the staffs. Makes working there unbearable.

Pros

Flexible schedule for program managers. I personally had great staff for the most part.

Cons

no support from upper management. no staffing, continual dumping of work on program managers with unrealistic expectations. unsupportive to nursing mothers. continual revolving door of managers requiring current managers to cover more than their assigned houses. high stress and anxiety. constantly "restructuring" every couple years and not caring what they do with their current staff. teams are angry with the constant turnover and "restructuring". There is no consistency except that they keep turning staff.

Get to work with people that are intellectually disable and it's fulfilling to help them and it makes you to appreciate life.

Cons

Dungarvin seem to be very appreciative of the employees that work their and will fire an employee in a heartbeat.
