Great clients at the homes

Cons

Management targets staff and will continue to target them until they quit or get fired. Always short staffed. Crappy upper management. No help in covering shifts when you want time off.

Lots of down time. You get to participate in lots of fun activities for free, like going to the movies, state fair, mall of america rides all for free.

Cons

They take the clients words over yours any day, they come up with programs for the clients that are likely to fail and therefore setting you up for failure.
