Nothing good about this place, run for the hills

Cons

Bad management, horrible staff that don't support, or back you up. Everything is your fault, never the clients fault, poor environment, staff aren't properly trained and training is rushed just so they can get you on the floor.

Training of our staff is a huge priority which is why in some states it takes two weeks to complete. Owners and top leadership are really in this business for the right reasons. The bottom line is great support for the people they are privileged to serve.

Pros

Clients are wonderful to work with and they have some very nice group homes. The office atmosphere is casual and co-workers were great.

Cons

They aren't great about promoting from within, regardless of your qualifications. There is also a lot of turnover in the upper level positions which seems to make things unstable.
