      Pros

      The only pro is thatvit is close to home.

      Cons

      Only here for the experience. The responsibility is high the pay is very low. People quit constantly. The pay for a house manager"Lead" is just a title to pay 25cents more, with more responsibility. Their computer systems are old, they still use alot of paper. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR EXPERIENCE. INSURANCE SUCKS, because most of the employees are on welefare and get free insurance.

      Great clients and coworkers you also get really good training.

      compensation for the type of job isn't enough, management isn't the best they dont look out for there employees.

      Pros

      Excellent Paid Time Off for management staff but awful for direct care staff. Not much else positive to say about this place.

      Cons

      This company is only interested in filling the open slots to generate income for the company. The clients are placed in living situations that are sometimes not the best match for them.
