PTO, at some sites it is easy to get time off, it is a rewarding job to help others.

Cons

need more staff to a house at some locations, pay is low, overworked in some locations, not enough training in some loctions.

Communication and pay less than stellar, but you'll learn a lot

Training was GREAT, especially compared with other training I've received in this field. There are many kind, caring, motivated people on staff.

Cons

Poor communication from management, high turnover due partly to high injury rate. Staff at my site didn't get enough hours to stay. Some longtime managers were incredibly rude to staff, and rudeness between staff was tolerated.
