Program directors for group home are manipulating con artists that hide out from their programs and place blame on workers.. group homes nasty and smelly, workers sit on their butts doing nothing but medical errors, and smoking cigarettes in which PD joins them in smoking and then discuss to their boss how the workers sit around smoking…

Ample overtime, IF you want it as an hourly employee. Management transparency as professionally appropriate.
