Pros

I have worked for Dungarvin for 9 years and have found the ability to advance within the organization to be readily available and prioritized. I have also had multiple wage increases as they continue to look at the changes within the field as a whole as want to remain competitive.

Cons

A large organization that does have strong expectations of staff and does require you to stay involved with the people supported at all times.

*Flexible hours *Remote work *Great PTO (however you do have to use it for holidays) *Coworkers *Rewarding work

Cons

*Insurance plans: high monthly premium, high deductibles and out of pocket max, only have plans to cover employee or employee/child(ren), there is no option to cover spouses/family plans. *Poor communication about raises/pay scale: told in the interview the position had a 6 month and 1 year guaranteed raise- once those milestones were hit, I was told that since they started me at a higher pay, I didn't qualify for those raises and had to wait until 2 years to see any raise. It was never communicated to me that the wage I was being brought in at was a higher pay scale and didn't qualify for raises. I would not have taken the job had that been communicated during the interview process.
