      Bit off more than they could chew

      Pros

      Smaller companies can sometime mean greater maneuverability. But it can also mean lacking the appropriate resources to drive a big ship.

      Cons

      In my opinion, they bit off more than they were prepared for when they acquired an operation that would double their company size overnight.

      Very terrible top management! Internal development/ growth is a sham! This organization would rather bring some of their friends as top management; regardless of the fact that they know the job or not! This organization is always seeking a scapegoat. Be ready to proceed on indefinite suspension and get ready to be fired at any time.

      You can work any hours you want. Pizza party, maybe?

      Cons

      Nobody will care about you. Literally no one. You have a death in the family? You’ll be stuck at work. You have a miscarriage? Nobody will ask if you’re okay. Broken bone? Well you can forget your work restrictions cause you will be working and doing everything. No benefits, No appreciation aside from pizza, Decent Raises? Keep dreaming.
