Pay raises could be more. Almost 0% room for growth/promotions. Benefits are alright, they eliminated the health insurance tier I was on and the only options were a very expensive one and a low tier option. Some of the management team in my department can be rude and demanding to work with.

1) Management is terrible. They are unprofessional. They have their own personal vendettas against you. They are snakes and like to play with peoples time and money. They never properly do their job so you will have to do it for them. They are unresponsive and unreliable. 2) Pay!! We already only get $10.50 an hour but around this time they change the pay schedule. So instead of getting paid every two weeks you get paid every 3+ weeks. On top of that you may not receive all of your pay. And you will have to go through the unreliable management to fix that for you. But again all they do is beat around the bush. 3) I should’ve know to walk away during training when our trainer had a mental breakdown. Causing training to be delayed. Forcing another to take her place. 4)There is so much more that I could expose but I’m not going to spend a day spilling it. But to sum it all up do not waist your time or energy. Your mental/physical are way more important. To go through all of this for only 10.50hr is beyond me. I’ve had bad jobs before but this one..... just don’t do it! Apply elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.
