Pros

You are able to help clients become better and live a better life. The training is fun and competitive but is also really thorough.

Cons

It’s a easy job 97% of the time is supper easy but that 3% when things go south it can get really ugly so always be prepared. It can also take a toll in your mental health.

Everything about Dungarvin is wrong. From the lack of support from management to the way they allow clients to do anything they want. Management does not want to do any work at the sites nor give their staff the support they need. They overwork staff to the point of working 24 hour plus shifts in a row. They allow highly medicated clients the "right" to drink alcohol and bring drugs onto the property. I was even told if they want to have prostitutes on site it is their "right". There are no morals or values at this company. All for profit and not caring what actually happens at the houses to the clients.
