Pros

Dynata is a great company to work for especially if u don’t have any experience in a call center u can learn a lot working with them. Your pretty much reach out to the public doing surveys.

Cons

Downside is that many people will hang up on you but don’t get discourage keep dialing.

You will learn about research

Cons

You will be asked to do multiple roles and front line positions are tough. You will need to teach yourself time management and how to make decisions. You need to reach yourself a lot.

Sorry you are not enjoying your current role at the company. We do offer a wide variety of training from instructor lead to online courses many tailored to time management and effective decision making. We appreciate that some employees may wish to pursue other opportunities outside of the industry, however contractual limitations that employees agreed to when they joined Dynata do not prohibit individuals from leaving.
