Pros

Flexible work from home depending on your team and experience (new employees need to be in office for training). Interesting industry. Free sodas, juices, and coffee.

Cons

New ownership/executive management is only interested in the bottom line. Employees have taken the back seat. Lots of layoffs occurred in the past year and a half.

Pros

There are a lot of great people to work with. There is a sense of family across multiple offices and teams.

Cons

There aren't many great training opportunities and there are more office politics than I've seen elsewhere.

Pros

Good work/life balance, not challenging work, free sodas, wellness consultant on staff, able to work from home if needed. High pay.

Cons

There is a level of middle management that is not well trained, does not coach well, and sucks up to the higher levels at the expense of their subordinates. Also morale is at an all time low after lay offs, leaving people who are afraid for their jobs.
